  3. Clarification of classification and references to regulatory acts.

  3. Determination of the country of origin and the country of dispatch of the goods, considering the impact on tariff regulation and trade restrictions.

Options for minimizing customs payments within the framework of legislation, including the application of tariff benefits, use of special customs procedures, correct declaration of goods considering their classification, and preliminary calculation of customs value taking into account possible discounts and preferences.

  2. Analysis of the workload and efficiency of customs posts using the service for obtaining data on the electronic queue of freight vehicles from “CarGoRuqsat”.

  3. Procedure of actions, including possible checks and requirements from regulators.
